About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Officer. In this role, your ability to build meaningful connections is crucial. You will be working in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers, with a high focus on customer service. The position involves working various shifts, including two 12-hour shifts and two 8-hour shifts, with specific hours on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Requirements

• High school education or equivalent (GED).
• Ability to pass an extensive screening process.
• Experience in Security, Military, or Law Enforcement is preferred.
• Valid PILB in hand.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
• Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Excellent work ethic.
• U.S. Citizen or Naturalized.

• Experience in Security, Military, or Law Enforcement.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service as a top priority.
• Handle access control for incoming/outgoing trucks, visitors, and employees.
• Observe and survey the area, providing reports on activity at the assigned location.
• Respond rapidly in critical situations.
• Utilize electronic means to maintain facility safety.
• Read and write detailed reports.
• Enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.
