About The Position

As the Security Canine Officer, you will manage the ProMedica Security Canine as you maintain security of ProMedica properties to ensure the safety of employees, patients and visitors. Requirements

• Associate’s degree in security or a related field or 2 years experience in security
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record as demonstrated by an MVR (motor vehicle record) in order to be covered under the Company’s insurance policy
• Basic Security Officer Certification through IAHSS
• Must successfully complete Canine Handler training through a program identified by ProMedica and maintains certification as required
