About The Position

The Security Bike Officer at Caesars Entertainment is responsible for ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for guests and team members while protecting company assets. This role involves patrolling assigned areas, providing assistance to guests, and responding to security incidents in accordance with company policies and procedures. The officer must maintain a professional demeanor and be prepared to assist fellow officers as needed.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of experience in a position with direct guest contact required.
• Preferably two years of police, military police, or casino security experience.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Must possess a valid Nevada Driver's License and obtain necessary gaming and alcohol awareness cards.
• Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift.
• Must present a well-groomed appearance.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a position with direct guest contact is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and team members with a friendly welcome.
• Continuously patrol the property to ensure safety and uphold laws and policies.
• Exercise good judgment in solving problems and resolving customer complaints.
• Act as an ambassador for Caesars Entertainment by providing accurate directions and information.
• Maintain a well-groomed appearance that reflects the professional standards of the Security Department.
• Inspect and maintain issued bike and equipment for serviceability at the start of each shift.
• Patrol exterior areas to deter criminal activities and ensure safety.
• Complete vehicle inspections and report any discrepancies or damage.
• Control traffic on property and report parking issues to Security Management.
• Provide medical assistance as a First Responder when necessary.
• Document incidents requiring security intervention according to company policy.
• Enforce company policies and procedures during all interactions.
