About The Position

CACI seeks a talented Security Automation Engineer - DevSecOps to join our Command, Control, Computing, and Intelligence (C3I) line of business. We are seeking a Security Automation Engineer who will provide support across the entire Software Development Lifecycle with the ability to explain solutions to technical and non-technical contributors alike. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience. Will consider experience in lieu of degree.
  • 3+ years of experience in Cyber, DevSecOps or similar technical roles.
  • Experience with remediation of Cyber findings in software artifacts.
  • Experience with Cyber scanning tools, such as Nessus, Trivy, JFrog Xray.
  • Willing to work onsite in Austin, TX.
  • Current and active Top Secret Clearance, willing and able to obtain TS/SCI.
  • Current and active TS/SCI preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working on Linux systems.
  • Experience with Agile software development methodology.
  • Experience with build automation tools, such as Maven, Gradle.
  • Utilize version control tools like GIT.
  • Background in application development with an understanding of secure coding practices.
  • Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash) for automation and tooling development.
  • Experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins or GitLab.
  • Experience with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with configuration management tools, such as Ansible.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a collaborative contributor on an Agile Software Development team.
  • Participate with security during design and delivery of solutions, to ensure efficient and consistent delivery to our customer.
  • Collaborate with cyber engineers to harden the software supply chain in accordance with industry requirements.
  • Produce cyber analysis artifacts, to support the cyber accreditation process.
