About The Position

The Security Assistant Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the Security Department which provides safety and protects all guests, team member and company assets.  Review staffing levels to maintain full coverage of posts.  Delegate authority and assign responsibilities. Investigate incidents and/or guest complaints and compile data for accurate reporting.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must have effective communication skills.
• Must possess and maintain a current valid driver's license.
• Must have 2 years gaming security or related experience.

Nice To Haves

• Prior Security experience in high volume environment.
• Two years of related experience in customer service-related field.
• Prior Security leadership experience.
