Requirements

Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns through established channels.
Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout assigned buildings, production areas, parking locations, and perimeter points, helping to deter unauthorized access and unusual activity.
Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or access authorization, and support compliance with site rules for restricted or controlled areas.
Support emergency and operational response efforts by communicating with site contacts, first responders, and/or Allied Universal leadership while maintaining a professional presence during changing conditions.
