About The Position

We are looking for a highly experienced Security Engineer to strengthen our enterprise security posture, with particular focus on Next Generation Firewalls and Active Directory. This individual will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of core security technologies while helping modernize and streamline our overall security architecture. The role combines deep technical execution with strategic planning across the organization. Major Responsibilities Partner with multiple technology teams to define and advance the organizations security vision. Ensure the security environment continually evolves to support business objectives across investment management, trading, operations, compliance, product development, marketing, sales, and corporate functions. Develop and maintain an enterprise-wide Information Security strategy that enables the secure adoption of modern technologies. Contribute to a strategic roadmap by appropriately sequencing people, processes, and technology initiatives. Execute the roadmap by optimizing and streamlining the security toolset while making cost-effective investments in emerging security technologies. Provide subject matter expertise for enterprise initiatives involving data governance, account administration, and security governance processes. Establish, implement, and maintain information security standards, policies, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree required; degree in Information Technology or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • 7–12 years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting information security systems.
  • Strong technical expertise in securing applications, operating systems, and network environments.
  • Hands-on experience with security technologies including Next Generation Firewalls, email security solutions, network monitoring tools, identity and access management solutions, and endpoint protection platforms.
  • Working knowledge of risk assessment tools, information security automation tools, authentication mechanisms (including Active Directory), browser security controls, policy development, data privacy principles, and common cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities.
