Position Highlights ✨ Location: 100% Fully Remote Engagement Type: One-year renewable contract Compensation: $79.50 - $87.50 per hour Estimated Start Date: February 09, 2026 What You Will Be Doing 🚀 This role focuses on two major pillars: Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Security Automation. You will assist in the strategic planning and design of secure systems, ensuring that identity management, Single Sign-On (SSO), and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) are flawless. Additionally, you will be the driving force behind integrating disparate security tools through automation, making security operations smoother and more efficient. Requirements

  • Identity & Access Control: 5+ years of expert-level experience with IAM, logging, and reporting systems.
  • Automation Engineering: 5+ years of expertise in developing automation using tools like Python and Bash.
  • Infrastructure Security: 5+ years of experience working with Windows, Linux, and network security protocols/procedures.
  • Large-Scale Environments: 5+ years of experience supporting large IT environments or system deployments.
  • Cyber Security Awareness: 5+ years of experience understanding cyber security principles.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in an IT or Information Security related field OR 8+ years of work experience as a Security Architect in lieu of a degree.
  • Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SIEM analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST, CSF, CJIS, IRS 1075, and CMS MARS-E.
  • Knowledge of Application Security (APPSEC).
  • Certifications: CISSP, CISA, CISO, or equivalent advanced certifications (e.g., CEH, OSCP, GPEN). Vendor certifications in SIEM or logging technologies are also a plus.
