About The Position

An opportunity exists on our highly accomplished resident services team to manage the security personnel. The selected candidate is responsible for maintaining security and safety at all times, in all areas of the community grounds, including initial response to medical alerts, initial response to fire and intrusion alarms, accident and incident investigation and reporting. The position will serve as the Risk Management lead for community in partnership with the Executive Director and Corporate Risk Management Team.

Requirements

minimum 5 years of experience in Security Management
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is required
Must possess a valid and current driver's license
Current CPR and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) and First Aid certifications are required

Nice To Haves

previous management of security or safety team strongly is preferred
Associate Degree in related field or equivalent years of experience in the field is preferred
