Candidate Responsibilities Summary: Information Security Analyst - Certificate Management who is experienced in the certificate management processes and leading practices. This Information Security Analyst position will leverage the existing ServiceNow and Venafi solution to receive, quality assure, and issue certificates for the organization. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • consult with other members of the project team and end users to identify PKI requirements and develop requirements documentation • contribute to the technical direction on all areas of PKI architecture, including policies, standards, strategies, automation, and governance • provide guidance to key stakeholders on PKI life-cycle, processes and procedures • management of Certificate Authority (PKI) and Venafi infrastructure for public and private certificates • work closely with key stakeholders on gathering certificate requirements, provides customers with prescriptive guidance and fulfills their requests. Security Skillsets Managing certificates for the following: Windows O/S & Linux O/S Active Directory Certificate Services Managing HSM's (Hardware Security Modules) Windows & Linux Administration Experience PowerShell Active Directory Users & Computers Experience supporting/deploying CyberArk PAM Experience supporting/deploying Venafi TPP (Trust Protection Platform) DevOps GitLab/GitHub CI/CD pipeline JavaScript, Python, PowerShell AzureDevOps (Agile Product Management) Collaboration & Operations ServiceNow Power BI Teams, SharePoint Typical Day Consult application teams on issues and implementation of Digital Certificates. Request will come in through Service Now tickets. You will have a team lead and a backup but will be responsible for all tickets assigned to the PKI Crypto Assignment group.
