About The Position

The Security Ambassador is responsible for ensuring a safe and secure environment. Primary functions shall include money escorts, routine property patrols, identification verification, and assisting guests and team members as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must possess and maintain a current valid driver’s license.
• Must have one (1) year or more of experience or training in law enforcement, security, or military related field.
• Must be able to pass a departmental math examine.
• Must have a year or more of working experience in fast paced high volume guest service role.
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to display professionalism and provide exceptional guest service to all internal and external guests.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Must be flexible to work days, swings, overnights, including weekends and holiday.

Nice To Haves

• Prior Security experience in high volume environment.
• Two years of related experience in customer service related field.
