The Security Alarm Center Processor at 7-Eleven is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while managing the Asset Protection Hotline. This role involves data entry, processing incident reports, and conducting remote DVR surveys of store locations to ensure safety and security. The department operates 24/7, requiring flexibility in scheduling, including weekends and holidays.

  • Answer Asset Protection Hotline calls and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Record incident details in a professional and timely manner according to company policies.
  • Process and communicate details related to incidents at store locations.
  • Perform Live Store Tours (LST) using the store's DVR systems remotely.
  • Multi-task in a dynamic work environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Conduct data entry, general word processing, and administrative activities.
  • Complete other duties and special projects as assigned by management.
  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators for the role.
  • Maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Provide assistance and support to Operations and Maintenance personnel.
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to manage confidential employee information.
  • Capable of working in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to perform documented complex tasks.
