About The Position

The Security Agent at Delta Hotels by Marriott Seattle Everett is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests and staff. This role involves responding to guest needs, ensuring guest satisfaction, and supporting hotel operations by monitoring the premises and addressing any security concerns. The Security Agent plays a crucial role in providing superior customer service while upholding safety standards throughout the hotel and its grounds.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior hotel and/or security experience is desirable.
• Knowledge of safety and security standards, practices, and procedures.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification within 60 days of hire.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.

• Experience in customer service roles.
• Familiarity with hotel operations and guest services.

Responsibilities

• Monitor hotel premises to ensure safety and security for guests and staff.
• Respond to guest needs and requests in a timely manner.
• Assist the front desk with guest inquiries and issues.
• Conduct regular patrols of the hotel and surrounding areas.
• Prepare detailed reports on incidents and security matters.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
• Provide leadership during critical incidents and emergencies.
