The Security Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring that both internal and external customers receive high-quality, friendly, and efficient service. This position provides essential administrative support to the Security management team, working closely with assigned team members to ensure that all administrative functions are handled promptly and efficiently. The Security Administrator is responsible for maintaining the accuracy of operating procedures, safety regulations, and company policies, while also providing outstanding service to guests who may have questions or concerns. In this role, the Security Administrator will compose and type various forms of correspondence, including memorandums, emails, reports, and miscellaneous documents. They will review incoming mail and prepare outgoing correspondence, as well as file departmental records and reports using Microsoft Office software. The administrator will respond to letters and inquiries in a timely and polite manner, directing any service disputes beyond their resolution authority to the appropriate departmental management member. Confidentiality and professionalism are paramount in this position, as the Security Administrator will handle sensitive information and non-routine correspondence. They will interact with other departments, support staff, outside agencies, and vendors in a courteous manner, ensuring that appointments with guests and department management are scheduled effectively to address issues promptly. Additionally, the administrator will attend meetings, record minutes, and distribute them accordingly. The role also involves reviewing analyses of activities, costs, and operations to assess departmental progress toward goals and objectives. The Security Administrator will maintain good working relationships with various members of the business community, including the Nevada Gaming Commission and local law enforcement agencies. Compliance with gaming laws and company policies is essential, as is providing outstanding guest service that aligns with the company's service culture standards. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
