About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Account Manager to lead operations and client relations at key accounts in the Philadelphia area. The Security Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day security operations at client sites, managing security personnel, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This role requires a blend of leadership, problem-solving, and customer service.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in security management or a related field is preferred
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools
  • Availability for on-call response as needed, including evenings or weekends

Responsibilities

  • Supervise, coach, and support a team of security officers across assigned accounts
  • Ensure staff scheduling, attendance, and coverage meet client expectations
  • Conduct site inspections and audits to uphold service quality and safety
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications and service requests
  • Address incidents and escalate issues as needed in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage onboarding, training, and development of security personnel
  • Collaborate with internal departments as necessary
  • Maintain detailed records and prepare regular reports on site activities and performance
