Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of law firm experience in corporate law with a focus on financing transactions.
• Admitted to the New York Bar.

Responsibilities

• Focus on complex financing transactions, including securitizations, asset-based finance, and other structured finance products.
• Structure and negotiate complex, highly bespoke transactions for a wide range of sophisticated clients.
• Partner with investment banks, investors, issuers, and other market participants to find creative, practical ways to expand existing asset classes and develop new ones.

Benefits

• Salary range is $260,000-$390,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience.
