As a Client Service Associate, you will support key client and third-party relationships for the Securities Services business—a division that delivers custody, fund services, and securities lending solutions to institutional investors. You will act as a primary escalation point for day-to-day issues, project work, and change management, ensuring a superior client experience and supporting business growth. Your role is client-focused, requiring responsiveness, relationship management, and a drive to improve service quality and operational efficiency. Job responsibilities Support senior team members in building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction. Ensure timely inquiry responsiveness across all services and manage escalations both internally and externally. Fully utilize proprietary CRM tools to capture relationship feedback, generate call reports, and track actions to closure. Manage governance processes for all products, including measurement and monitoring of service levels using KPIs and RAG ratings. Participate in and prepare for periodic client relationship reviews. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce risk by enhancing the operating model and influencing client behaviors. Ensure accurate and timely fee billing for all products. Coordinate client training on proprietary JPM technology. Coordinate service delivery to clients and collaborate with internal stakeholders. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures for both yourself and your clients. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Bachelor's degree. Three to five years of experience at a financial services organization focused on institutional clients. Knowledge of Global Custody and Hedge/Private Fund Services, including Fund Accounting & Administration. Ability to learn and discuss Securities Services products and offerings. Strong presentation skills and comfort communicating detailed information to stakeholders in calls and meetings. Project management skills, including experience managing project plans. Effective problem-solving, oral, and written communication skills. Ability to adapt to change, work well under pressure, and stay organized. Strong work ethic and desire to work collaboratively within a team. Energetic self-starter with the ability to proactively navigate the firm and partner with different teams and individuals. Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Experience working with Asset Owner and/or Asset Manager clients. Experience in a Securities Services operational or product environment.
