You will work closely with senior leadership within Securities Services to provide outstanding Business Management support across business updates, project management, and data analysis. As the Business Manager (COO) within the Commercial & Investment Bank Securities Services organization, you will optimize business performance by spearheading key investment and productivity initiatives, managing deposit forecasts, and leading the business budget process. You will act as a trusted advisor to Business Heads, collaborate with Front Office Product leads, and work across a broader matrix structure to influence and deliver results. Your role involves compiling and presenting management reports, developing ad-hoc analytics, and effectively communicating results and forecasts.
