About The Position

As an Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, execution, and evaluation of various programs within the Securities Services. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, corporate teams, and employees of all levels to ensure the successful delivery of program objectives. Strong communication skills, teamwork, and ability to manage relationships with senior stakeholders will be essential in this role. Requirements

  • Proven experience in designing and executing training programs.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design, development, and execution of training and career development programs that align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand program requirements and ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Coordinate and facilitate program orientations and events, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among participants.
  • Develop and maintain program documentation, including project plans, status reports, and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Monitor program progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful program delivery.
  • Support the evaluation and assessment of program outcomes, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of career development initiatives to support employee growth and engagement.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting open communication and knowledge sharing.
