About The Position

Principal is seeking a Securities Operations Specialist II to join our Principal Custody Solutions (PCS) team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, this may be the position for you! As a Securities Operations Specialist II, you will perform a variety of operational tasks for complex securities or cash related transactions or processes that require extensive knowledge of unit functions and systems. Here are some examples of the kinds of things you'll do: Differentiating, processing and balancing transactions Researching inquires and resolving customer complaints Reviewing time critical and/or complex documents Coordinating situations involving multiple departments Provide department level reporting using multiple sources Day-to-day processing Risk management and compliance Maintenance and set up May craft or revise departmental procedures May provide back-up for other desks Operating at the intersection of financial services and technology, Principal builds financial tools that help our customers live better lives. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, operations, financial services or business processing
