About The Position

We're looking for a Securities Operations Specialist III to join our Trust & Custody PCS team in Minneapolis, MN! In this role, you'll act as the primary resource for critical production or escalation issues while providing management-level reporting to include service quality, volume tracking, and/or staff performance. Here are a few examples of the kind of things you will do: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of processes within the immediate team and perform operational tasks for highly complex financial transactions. Perform balancing, reconciling, research and resolution for the most complex differences. Lead and/or participate in production improvement efforts and address procedural impacts. Provide back-up for most department functions. Understand internal control framework and use this information to provide risk mitigation techniques, while prioritizing and focusing on the higher risk items. Consistently demonstrate a positive, solution-oriented mindset with a commitment to collaboration.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience in customer service, operations, financial services or business processing.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Advanced organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Has advanced and specialized expertise developed through job-related training and work experience.
