About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Securities Operations Associate to join the Court Accounting team within Wealth and Investment Management Operations. This role focuses on the creation, research, and timely delivery of trust accounting reports for court requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with operational processes.

Requirements

• 6+ months of Securities Operations experience or equivalent through work experience, training, military experience, or education.

Responsibilities

• Participate in low complexity lifecycle support tasks and identify opportunities for process improvements within Securities Operations.
• Review basic or tactical issues, policies, or procedures related to low risk tasks and deliverables.
• Receive direction from the manager and exercise judgment within defined parameters to resolve situations in a trade environment.
• Provide information and collaborate with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
• Build expertise in operational processes including client account onboarding, cash payments, customer service, funding operations, custodial operations, securities settlement services, and general ledger reconciliation.
• Assist in gathering data to support resolution of issues and review functional operational tasks that require research and evaluation.
• Resolve low complexity escalated issues within the scope of responsibility in Security Operations.
• Research low complexity business risks and provide input into policies to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Support overall team effectiveness according to plans and monitor daily securities and cash-related production work.
• Contribute to the implementation of projects and new or revised processes that require coordination among operation teams.
