As a Secure Transport Driver/Officer, you’ll be at the center of ensuring that Curaleaf’s delivery operations run safely, smoothly, and with a strong customer focus. You’ll be the person our customers rely on to receive their products securely and on time, and you’ll deliver each order with professionalism, care, and strict compliance with state regulations and company policies. Along with your delivery responsibilities, you’ll also play an important role in supporting on-site security operations. You’ll help keep the facility safe by monitoring activity, documenting any incidents, and assisting with day-to-day safety tasks that protect our employees, customers, and products. Requirements

You have a high school diploma or GED.
You meet the state compliance requirement of being at least 25 years old.
You hold a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record.
You bring at least 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role and enjoy interacting with people.
You’re flexible and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.
You communicate clearly, stay organized, and juggle multiple tasks with ease.
You’re comfortable working on your own but also enjoy being part of a team.
You feel confident using technology, POS systems, and delivery or routing apps.
You stay calm under pressure and can handle both routine and unexpected situations with good judgment.
You’re ready and willing to meet all legal and company requirements for working in the cannabis industry.

Nice To Haves

First Aid/CPR certification.
Previous security, law enforcement, or military experience.
Experience in highly regulated retail environments.
Background in delivery, logistics, risk assessment, or emergency response.
Experience working in e-commerce fulfillment operations.

Responsibilities

Safely transport cannabis products to customers in accordance with all company policies and state regulations.
Plan and execute efficient delivery routes to ensure timely and accurate service.
Communicate professionally with customers before, during, and after deliveries to ensure clarity and satisfaction.
Maintain delivery vehicles, including cleanliness, routine inspections, and reporting maintenance needs.
Communicate delays, issues, or concerns to customers, Store Manager, and internal teams.
Conduct interior and exterior facility patrols to identify potential security risks and ensure site safety.
Monitor surveillance equipment and report suspicious activity or security irregularities.
Respond to alarms or incidents, escalating to Security Manager, law enforcement, or emergency services when appropriate.
Assist in inspecting and maintaining security systems and equipment; report any concerns or malfunctions.
Escort unauthorized individuals from restricted areas as needed.
Maintain accurate, timely documentation including security reports, delivery logs, and compliance-related records.
