About The Position
The Community Outreach and Events Manager supports the Safeguarding the Entire Community of the U.S. Research Ecosystem (SECURE) Center's mission by managing regional co-creation activities and community engagement efforts. This role involves identifying, cultivating, and fostering relationships with community partners and stakeholders to support the Center's priorities and initiatives. The manager engages with regional stakeholders, including participants in regional co-design activities, to foster ongoing, productive associations that support the SECURE Center's design and development initiatives. Additionally, the manager implements national community engagement strategies regionally, aligning with regional needs and broader SECURE Center goals, and engages stakeholders in discovery, design, and testing processes, contributing to the development of impactful solutions.
