Section Leader
About The Position
As our Janitorial Lead, you will be the heartbeat of our industrial cleaning operations. You won't just be a Cleaning Supervisor; you'll be a hands-on leader ensuring our client site stays in peak condition. Perform specialized industrial cleaning, including changing roll, panel, cube, and robot filters. Maintain equipment by replacing grates and protective covers. Execute high-level cleaning tasks involving ladders and heights. Ensure quality control by checking behind your team to verify tasks meet our high standards. General Janitorial Lead duties like sweeping, mopping, and wiping down interior/exterior walls.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in janitorial or industrial cleaning.
- A strong eye for detail and the ability to audit work against a scope.
- Physical stamina to lift 35 lbs repetitively and work comfortably at heights.
- Reliability to work the graveyard shift (Sunday–Thursday).
