About The Position
The Section Leader is responsible for leading a team involved in all phases of passport processing and customer service functions. This role includes planning, directing, and coordinating daily activities related to mail opening, cashiering, image capture, data entry, quality control, and customer service. The Section Leader serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and ensures that the team meets operational goals while maintaining compliance with internal controls and procedures.
