The Integrated Solutions, Modeling & Architecture (ISMA) directorate performs customer focused mission modeling and simulation activities for all customer areas at Raytheon. Our teams develop, analyze, and grade flexible integration solutions crossing all product areas (sensors, effectors, command and control, logistics, and operations), developing tools and methods to evaluate campaign, mission, and system level analysis and visualizations based on customer requirements. The Operations and Mission Analysis Department, within ISMA, is seeking a Modeling, Simulation & Analysis Section Leader. This Section Leader will be responsible for leading a team of Operational Analysis Modeling & Simulation Engineers focused on the development and integration of variable-fidelity computer models and simulations that effectively capture system and system of systems effects in complex threat environments. This role also performs as an individual contributor leading or part of a team responsible for the development and integration of variable-fidelity computer models and simulations that effectively capture system and system of systems effects in complex threat environments This is an onsite role located in McKinney, TX.
