About The Position

To carry out all secretarial and clerical duties necessary for the smooth and efficient operation of the office.

Requirements

  • High school diploma; secretarial training.
  • Experience in general or school office work.
  • Knowledge of automated office equipment and excellent word processing and secretarial skills.
  • Strong analytical, communication and human relations skills.
  • Pass required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status.

Responsibilities

  • Receives and routes incoming calls and correspondence.
  • Performs office routines.
  • Composes and types correspondence, notices and reports.
  • Maintains a well-organized, up-to-date filing system.
  • Operates all business related technology to complete reports and clerical work required for the office.
  • Arranges meetings, prepares agendas, and handles follow-up activities as necessary.
  • Assists, logs in, and directs visitors within schools.
  • Maintains confidentiality as required and appropriate.
  • Performs other tasks related to the efficient operation of the office as assigned.
  • Student Registration tasks as assigned.
