About The Position

The Cardiovascular Secretary/Technician candidate must have exceptional communication, organizational and customer service skills. The candidate will have physician office or related experience, and efficiently coordinate the flow of patients, physicians and staff in a fast-paced patient care setting. Responsibilities include but are not limited to scheduling patients for cardiovascular testing, and registration. The Secretary/Technician candidate will be focused and flexible, willing to pitch in as needed and assist with patient care and transportation as needed to meet the patient and department needs. The candidate must be flexible to adjust hours to meet the needs of the department. The candidate must also be proficient at coordination and organization of administrative duties to ensure efficiency, accuracy and timeliness of patient flow.
