About The Position

In Cottonwood Heights, Utah, we are seeking a full-time Secretary/Receptionist, 32-40 hours/week, who enjoys working with a great team in a healthcare office setting. Our facility is dedicated to helping women recover from Eating Disorders and is respected for its programs, progressive outlook, and major contributions in research and treatment in the field of eating disorders.

Requirements

  • Previous reception and secretarial experience.
  • Excellent PR skills and experience interacting with the public.
  • Excellent telephone and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with multiple-line phone systems.
  • Proficient with business software applications such as the Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a friendly and helpful interface with the Center's patients, their families, and the public who visit or contact the Center.
  • Take incoming calls.
  • Assist providers with appointment scheduling.
  • Assist the admission team with coordination.
  • Work with the billing department for payment collection and insurance coordination.
