This includes compiling necessary support documentation and arranging transportation. Additionally, the position entails performing secretarial and receptionist services for the Laboratory Department, which includes typing, computer operations, scanning, faxing, operating labeling devices, answering telephones, and routing messages, all while demonstrating positive customer service. The candidate must maintain harmonious relations with fellow employees, medical staff, patients, and guests, serving effectively as part of the Laboratory team. The role also requires maintaining cleanliness and organization in work areas for safety, as well as a thorough knowledge of departmental and hospital policies and procedures. Other work-related duties may be assigned as needed.
