About The Position

TeleSolv Consulting has a great opportunity for you to work with the Federal Government as an Administrative Associate level II. This position is an on-site position in Keyport WA and required work hours will be from 7am to 3:30pm Mon thru Fri. Only qualified candidates who live within approx. 30 miles from site will be considered. The following attributes are critical for success: • High level of attention-to-detail • Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment • Ability to effectively manage and prioritize assignments General administrative duties focus on the preparation and processing of official correspondence and documents in accordance with specified requirements. Success relies on one's experience producing correspondences and documents coupled with software skills leveraging features producing work products quickly and accurately. Additional focus areas include managing of personnel timekeeping data, training assignments and accomplishments, and travel requests and reports. Other support areas include meeting management, visitor support, property management, hiring & separation package processing, key custodian, and office management. Knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSAs) using software applications include: • MS Word: text entry and formatting, familiarity with basic navigation tools, use of formatting to create or modify documents, page layout involving use of Styles and manipulation of templates and other formatting. • Excel: data entry, familiarity with basic navigation tools, conditional Formatting, Charts & Graph creation, simple formulas, Pivot Tables. • PowerPoint: creation of simple text-based content, familiarity with basic navigation tools, creation of content using templates & styles, insertion of photos and clip art, creation of content involving photos and clip art, including ability to scale and manipulate graphical content. • Online collaboration tools: ability to post to and download from on-line collaboration tools, enter data into lists, blogs, and team discussions, create and modify views of lists and document libraries.

Requirements

  • At least one (1) year of prior administrative experience which may include duties such as: Preparation and processing of official correspondence and documents Managing of personnel timekeeping data Coordinating training assignments Meeting and travel management
  • At least one (1) year of relevant software experience in the Microsoft family of products: Office 365, Teams, Word, Outlook
  • Currently holds US Citizenship
