About The Position

The Secretary IV functions as a member of the care delivery team, working under the direction of the Manager and/or the Clinical Care Facilitator. Responsibilities include transcribing physician orders and entering them into the computer, planning and organizing patient care records, coordinating communication of pertinent information to health team members and other departments, performing clerical duties according to specific needs, ordering unit supplies, and promoting a positive climate for good interpersonal and interdepartmental relationships.
