About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Spanish-speaking Dispatcher/Shop Secretary to manage communications between technicians and customers, ensuring smooth operations. This role requires strong time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, while providing excellent customer service and administrative support.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an office or administrative role; experience as a dispatcher is a plus.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in using basic computer systems, smartphones, and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
  • Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles is preferred.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is a must.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule appointments efficiently.
