About The Position

Requirements
- Ability to follow written work instructions
- Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Manufacturing experience preferred but not required
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
Nice To Haves
- Ability to read blueprints is a plus
Responsibilities
- Operate equipment to perform secondary processes such as trimming, welding, grinding, heat shrinking, washing, and pad printing
- Inspect parts during production and monitor equipment for issues
- Remove completed parts, complete basic documentation, and maintain quality standards
- Work closely with team members and communicate quality or equipment concerns
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe while following Medicoil policies and ISO 13485 requirements
