San Joaquin Valley Homes is seeking a Licensed Full-Time Secondary New Home Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team in the Central Valley Area. This position is designed for individuals who are eager to learn and grow in the field of new home sales. As a Secondary New Home Sales Specialist, you will work closely with experienced Primary New Home Sales Specialists who will provide personalized coaching and hands-on guidance. You will participate in weekly sessions with sales managers to enhance your sales skills, understand the organizational processes, and improve your follow-up techniques. This role serves as an excellent opportunity to gain the training and experience necessary to advance your career in new home sales. In this position, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of new home sales from the point of sale to closing. This includes demonstrating model homes, production homes, and available home sites, as well as providing timely and consistent follow-through with customers from initial contact through to after closing. You will maintain records of all communications and assist the primary New Homes Sales Specialist in generating sales from Realtors and the local community. Developing a comprehensive understanding of the competitive marketplace, including product offerings, site details, local community insights, sales strategies, advertising, and demographics, will be crucial to your success. Additionally, you will assist in recording daily customer traffic, participate in neighborhood promotions and marketing programs, and attend weekly training and sales meetings to review neighborhood status and sales strategies. Monitoring the condition of model homes and communicating with the field and office for maintenance will also be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you must possess strong communication skills, be organized and efficient, and demonstrate a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Self-motivation, resourcefulness, and the ability to achieve weekly goals with minimal supervision are essential traits for this position.
