About The Position

The Secondary Marketing Servicing Analyst is responsible for servicing and sub-servicing oversight, servicing transfers, investor reporting, GL reconciliations, and LSBO oversight, including delinquency and payment remittance. The role requires a team player who can take direction from all levels of Bank management while also driving key initiatives and department strategy independently. The analyst will assist in tracking internal and external KPIs and KRIs as set forth by the business and company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • 5-10 years broad based residential mortgage origination, servicing, operations and underwriting competencies
  • Experience in capital markets with investors/counterparties and business partners
  • Knowledge of secondary marketing investors and liquidity measures in a Loans Held for Sale/Investment multi best execution platform

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Residential Mortgage within an OCC/FDIC/Federal Reserve/CFPB US Bank
  • Investor Delivery/Fulfillment experience
  • Contract Finance knowledge
  • LSBO Investor Reporting experience
  • Secondary Marketing/Capital Markets knowledge

Responsibilities

  • Monthly/Quarterly sub-servicer oversight (MERS/Escrow/Remittance Reporting)
  • Primary contact for servicing transfers to new purchaser/servicer, including investor remittance reporting
  • Monthly GL reconciliations and resolution of reconciling items
  • LSBO Remittance reconciliation and payment posting
  • Work with 2nd LOD partners for all communication needs, reporting, and strategy metrics
  • Handle paid in full collateral requests
  • Back-up individuals within the LOB to perform necessary job functions and create procedures for various team members and Bank partners
