About The Position

This position is for a Maintenance Person at a McDonald's restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. The franchisee is responsible for all employment matters, including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. The Maintenance Person will assist management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment. The role offers opportunities for personal growth and development, with a focus on building skills and pursuing education.

Nice To Haves

• Previous maintenance experience
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment and supplies

Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Cleaning equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms, and restrooms
• Unloading delivery truck 2 times a week
• Taking out and emptying trash compactor
• Changing light bulbs
• Cleaning HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
