About The Position

Secondary Operations provides support to the operating efficiency of the plant
and the delivery of quality products to the customer. In this role, Associates
will perform tasks in various secondary operations including:

Retinas
Parts Washing
Chip Spinning
Closers
Heat Treat
Inspection
Manual Tape and Reel
MD Coating

In order to maximize the shift days and hours, Associates will cross-train in
all secondary operations and be utilized in the most efficient manner per the
Team Leader.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work the shift as described
• Basic computer skills
• Read and understand procedures and work instructions
• Read and understand product prints, procedures and specifications
• Able to work and communicate in a team environment
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds from floor level to waist and waist to floor frequently throughout the entire shift
• Must be able to stand throughout the entire shift
• Must be able to work in an air-conditioned or non-air-conditioned environment
• Must be able to bend forward, stretching forward as needed.
• Near vision must be 20/30 in order to inspect small
• Manual dexterity

Responsibilities

• Observes all safety regulations in the performance of all duties
• Performs all duties in consideration of providing a quality product to the customer
• Accepts assignments from Team Leader and performs duties with limited supervision
• Collaborates closely with Team Leader and team members to transmit and exchange information pertinent to the work at hand
• Performs other duties as required
