Requirements

High school diploma/GED or 3-5 years of solid manufacturing experience
Willing and able to work overtime as needed
Familiarity and experience working with computers, including G-Suite Products (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, etc.)
Ability to pass Color Acuity Test
Ability to work 1st Shift (8am-4pm)

Responsibilities

Inspecting parts based on Royal's quality documentation Ex: Secondary Inspection Instructions and Visual Reference Sheets (VRS)
Inspecting parts to the Standard seconds per part target (ie. inspections must be completed within a defined time frame to ensure the pace of production meets customer demand)
Inspecting molded parts after first shot / last shot production run to ensure quality and consistency in parts produced
Helping in molding and assembly departments/bays to cover absenteeism and break coverage
Work in a team environment
