About The Position
The Westwood Community School District is seeking an innovative, student-focused Secondary ELA Teacher committed to fostering literacy, critical thinking, and digital fluency among Michigan middle school learners. The ideal candidate is equipped to integrate Michigan's ELA Standards, culturally responsive instruction, and responsible use of digital tools-including artificial intelligence (AI)-to help students thrive academically and socially. This educator will prepare students to be effective communicators, readers, and writers for both the M-STEP and real-world challenges.
