This position is responsible for maintaining a clean and healthy environments for our customer's buildings and grounds by performing the following essential duties and responsibilities. Other duties may be assigned. Overall duties include removing debris, maintaining common space areas, restocking bathrooms and responding to all cleaning emergencies. Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools and procedures. Cleaning duties include: sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash, windows cleaning and moving furniture, equipment etc. Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment. Use proper PPE where required. Clean all common space areas including kitchen, cafeteria, lobby and break room. Place safety hazard signs in the building including 'wet floor' signs as necessary. Monitor, clean, service and restock bathrooms. Respond immediately to any major spills or other cleaning crisis. Remove litter and debris from common space areas.
