About The Position
The position involves collaborating with the Assistant Superintendent and Superintendent of Golf Courses to plan, coordinate, and execute the golf course maintenance program. The individual will supervise all staff in the absence of the Assistant Superintendent and/or Superintendent and will represent them in various meetings and maintenance agendas, including weekly staff meetings. The role also includes directing crews during construction and special projects, as well as performing all routine golf course maintenance operations.
