RGP is hiring a SEC Financial Reporting Analyst to take ownership of critical SEC reporting and accounting activities. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2-4 years of relevant experience, preferably in public company reporting.
Hands-on SEC reporting experience is required.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

CPA designation preferred but not required; role does not involve highly technical accounting responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and review of SEC filings, including 10-Qs, 10-Ks, and earnings releases (e.g., Q2 earnings), ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
Support external audit processes by coordinating audit activities, preparing documentation, and addressing inquiries.
Participate in benefit plan audits and ensure all processes meet regulatory requirements.
Perform day-to-day accounting and financial reporting tasks to support smooth departmental operations and maintain high-quality financial records.
