About The Position

We are looking for fun, outgoing, responsible individuals to teach classes in our Water Babies parent & baby swim program! Competitive salaries: $20.90 to $35/hr DOE and average weekly pool hours. Paid training: $19.90-21/hr DOE. Signing Bonus of $1000 once criteria is met.

Requirements

• Have a love of water and can swim.
• Enjoy working with children and adults.
• Have good communication skills.
• Fluent in English, oral and written.
• Available to work evenings & weekends.
• Reliable, organized and detail-oriented.
• Able to work a minimum of 8-20 hours a week.

Nice To Haves

• Previous swim instruction experience helpful, but not required.
• CPR and First Aid required within 3 months.
• Vaccination required.

Responsibilities

• Teach swimming classes to parents and babies in the Water Babies program.
• Ensure safety and enjoyment of all participants during swim classes.
• Communicate effectively with parents and children.
• Maintain a reliable and organized schedule.
