About The Position
Seasoning Machine Operator PR04- Full Time The Machine Operator assists the Corn Supervisor in the manufacturing of a quality product in accordance with customer’s written specifications.
Responsibilities
- Prepares for start up or shut down of equipment
- Follow proper food handling sanitary guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Must be able to keep accurate records in log.
- Make required adjustments to machine
- Ensures product specifications are met in accordance with customer written specifications
- Run the sifter, and also run seasoner for DLT seasoning
- Responsible for monitoring and reporting wear and tear on equipment
- Notifies supervisor and QA of any suspected contamination
- Follow all safety policies and operate equipment in a safe manner including LOCK OUT/TAGOUT (LOTO Training)
