About The Position

We are seeking a dependable Seasonal Yard Associate / Non-CDL Dump Truck Driver to support daily yard operations and make local deliveries. This role includes loading and unloading materials, assisting customers, maintaining an organized yard, and safely operating a non-CDL dump truck. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, reliable, and comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and current Non-CDL DOT Medical Card (or ability to obtain)
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check and motor vehicle report
• Forklift certification (or ability to obtain)
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift 25–75 lbs regularly
• Must be 18 years or older

Nice To Haves

• Heavy equipment or loader operation
• Landscape, construction, or building materials yard experience
• Dump truck driving experience
• Spanish bilingual skills

Responsibilities

• Load and unload delivery trucks and customer vehicles
• Operate forklifts, loaders, or other equipment to move materials
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and landscape supply yard
• Assist customers with product loading and general questions
• Ensure materials are properly labeled and stored
• Safely operate a non-CDL dump truck for local deliveries
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain delivery paperwork and vehicle logs
• Follow delivery schedules and DOT safety regulations
• Report vehicle issues and ensure trucks are fueled and clean
