About The Position

As a Seasonal Winery Worker, you'll be responsible for general labor tasks such as staffing our crush facility, moving hoses and pumps, climbing ladders, and processing shipments of grapes to begin the winemaking process. This is a seasonal position, perfect for someone who is looking for a short-term job from July to October with three shift availability. A willingness to work in an outdoor environment, at elevated heights and to comply with applicable quality, environmental, and safety regulatory considerations is essential. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to work any shift
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
• Ability to climb to elevated heights of forty (40) feet
• Availability for a seven-day work week (8 - 12 hours per day)
• Experience understanding and following written and verbal instructions
• Skilled in writing simple correspondence
• Skilled in basic arithmetic (adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing)
• Compliance with company GMP Policies
• Willingness to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding and training up to 5% of the time
