About The Position
Join the Idaho Department of Lands Team to respond to wildland fires and assist in fire suppression efforts in Deary, Idaho! The Idaho Department of Lands offers rewarding seasonal opportunities that allow you to make a difference while gaining valuable experience. Positions last 3 to 8 months, starting as early as April 2025 and ending as late as November 2025, depending on the role and state needs. Returning staff with a Red Card certification will be eligible for a $1500 bonus. Newly hired staff who are already Red Card certified or become certified this season will receive a $1,000 bonus.
