About The Position

We’re looking for dependable, hardworking seasonal help to support our full-time team during our busy spring season at our wholesale greenhouse. This position runs from Now through June and is a great fit for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying active, and being part of a supportive, team-oriented environment. If you enjoy physical work, fresh air, and helping things grow (literally!), we’d love to have you join our team this spring.

Requirements

• Ability to start the workday between 7:00–7:30 a.m.
• Availability of 35-40 hours a week
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable being on your feet and moving throughout the day
• Willingness to walk between multiple greenhouses, including hills
• Comfortable with stretching and reaching as part of everyday tasks
• Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily greenhouse operations during peak spring production
• Work hands-on with plants in a fast-paced setting
• Support the team across multiple greenhouses on our property
• Fill plant trays with soil
• Pull plants from tables and floor to be placed onto carts for shipment to our retail store
• Push plant carts, both empty and full
